Many of the people who come to work with me are thoughtful, capable individuals who feel there is more possible for their lives, yet something seems to keep getting in the way. They may feel stuck in familiar patterns, overwhelmed by stress or anxiety, or disconnected from a deeper sense of clarity and purpose. While each person’s story is unique, the common thread is a desire for meaningful change and a desire to move forward in a more authentic and fulfilling way.
Our first session is an opportunity for us to explore what brings you to therapy and what you hope to experience differently in your life. We will talk about your current challenges, your goals, and whether working together feels like a good fit. From there, we’ll create a personalized approach that supports your healing and growth while fitting realistically into your day-to-day life.

Rates:
- Average Session Fee: $100 (sliding scale available)
Insurance:
- Aetna, Cigna, Medicaid (Healthy Blue, Humana, Healthy Connections)
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Coverage Parity laws require most health plans to apply similar rules to mental health benefits as they do for medical/surgical benefits. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions of your insurance provider:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Please note the cancellation policy. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
